Le Thi Thuy Nga - Chairwoman of HelenCare - To achieve success, have a good health first

The Global Summit of Women is a major event for women held annually around the world. The conference gathered many delegates who are representatives of senior leaders from countries, women's organizations around the world and female leaders of the world's leading corporations and businesses. Along with the delegation of Vietnamese women entrepreneurs attending Global Summit of Women 2024 in Spain, Ms. Le Thi Thuy Nga - Chairwoman of HelenCare had very interesting shares.
Your HelenCare Advanced Biological Medicine Center is providing biomedical methods which are popular in Southeast Asia. After more than 10 years of operation, what are you most satisfied with?
Biomedicine is my big passion. So far, what I am most happy about is the health of myself, my family, and thousands of customers of HelenCare. Many patients who once thought they could only live for a year are now still full of life. And patients who used to be in a wheelchair now can dance. All of them were treated with biomedical therapy.
Awareness of biomedicine has changed, from being unfamiliar to being popular. It has become the first-choice healthcare method among business people. We successfully organized the program “Business people's health - Business success” to help thousands of them who are very busy with business activities improve both their physical and mental health.
With a desire to help Vietnamese have equal access to the greatest achievements of global medicine, HelenCare continues researching and bringing the most advanced technologies to Vietnam, aiming to become one of the largest alternative medical centers in Southeast Asia by 2030.
As you have attended the Global Summit of Women (GSW) for years, in your opinion, what are the benefits that Vietnamese businesswomen have when attending global summits?
Attending the Global Summit of Women allowed me to meet and exchange with well-known politicians and business people, experience and learn new things, and express my opinions through discussions and sessions. Moreover, the GSW also helped female entrepreneurs build their own name and make an impression in the international community, affirming the value and position of Vietnamese in general and female entrepreneurs in particular.
It also fostered cooperation between them and international enterprises and organizations to develop business and address global issues.
Thanks to meeting with international business people and traveling to many countries, I learned about and brought biomedicine to Vietnam. Therefore, at this year’s GSW, I will continue exchanging and seeking new ideas.
To be shoulder to shoulder with international female enterprises, what do Vietnamese female enterprises need?
We all know that to succeed in business, business people in general and female ones in particular, need health, knowledge, bravery and luck. Among the factors, I believe that health must be the top priority. Having good health is the foundation for a clear and healthy mind and radiant beauty, which make them confident and steadfast on their business journey.
From my point of view, to compete in the international market, Vietnamese female entrepreneurs need the following factors:
- Having solid expertise in their business sector: It includes having a deep understanding of products/services, markets, and international business processes.
- Leadership and quality management skills: They are the key for business development, including the ability to generate and drive innovation, effectively manage personnel, and develop business strategy.
- Connection: This is very important for international business. Enterprises should make and maintain their connection with partners, consumers, suppliers and government agencies at home and abroad.
- Innovation and creativity are crucial for competitiveness enhancement and new market expansion.
- Vision and business strategy: It is essential to develop long-term vision and sustainable business strategy to adapt to the change of business environment and competitiveness in the international market.
- Dynamism and flexibility are vital for them to adapt to fluctuations and challenges in international business. They should be ready to change and adjust their business strategies as necessary.
- Compliance with laws and international standards: It is a must when joining the international market. They should understand and comply with regulations to avoid legal risks and enhance competitiveness.
Thanks for your sharing.
