ST VALENTINES DINNER AT SQUARE ONE

For a cosier and more exclusive place, you can go to our Square One restaurant where the menu and quality of service are certain to satisfy. Here you will find perfect Canadian oysters in Champagne jelly, pan-seared foie gras and chargrilled US tenderloin with broiled Canadian lobster and a “Lovers” sharing chocolate that will surely make hearts melt. Dinner is served daily from 11 to 18 February. 4- course dinner set menu including two glasses of Bollinger or Kir Royal at VND 4,444,000 per couple.

'TWO HEARTS' DINNER AT OPERA

From 11 to 18 February, come to our Opera restaurant for a dreamy dinner selected from our sharing menu together with a glass of Prosecco Champagne. You will surely find perfection for this dinner for two. The dinner begins with Capensante - made from sous vide scallops, celeriac salad, tomato water gel and salmon caviar. Two main courses which are snow crab and stracciatella ravioli with basil pesto sponge and spiced coffee crusted veal tenderloin with carrot and Prosecco jus will evoke your senses. Last but not least, you will end the romantic dinner with a strawberry fantasy. 4-course dinner set menu including a bottle of Toresella Prosecco at VND 3,333,000 per couple.
