Park Hyatt Saigon Presents An Exclusive Wedding Show At Pool House

This April, Park Hyatt Saigon is honoured to present Wedding Show at Pool House, which has been entirely set up by the Park Hyatt Saigon team at our unique wedding venue full of natural light, with a view of the beautiful pool and blooming garden; a perfect location for a chic, modern-style but also elegant wedding.

At Wedding Show at Pool House, guests were invited to indulge in the finest food and wine at a pairing contest while immersing themselves in the luxurious and romantic atmosphere and enjoying the elegant pool and garden view. Guests were invited to taste Beringer California Cabernet Sauvigno and match with three courses by Chef Heath Gordon which were Terrine of duck and pork, sauce gribiche, New Zealand beef tenderloin, salmoriglio, beetroot cream, wild mushroom fricassee and Norwegian salmon, Hanoi sweet and sour sauce, lobster, thien ly flower.

The show was followed by a mini bridal show by LOVESLACE by LAMGIAKHANG, a passionate up-and-coming fashion brand led by the young and talented fashion designer Lam Gia Khang. The mini bridal show took the audience’s breath away with his elegant and delicate wedding dress designs.

Last but not least, guests also got to taste beautiful and mouth-watering wedding cakes; works of art by Park Hyatt Saigon’s pastry team. The wedding cake collection was created with imagination, love and passion for a perfect wedding.
