Starting from this October, Opera Bar is proud to introduce Aperitivo Thursdays inspired from the traditional Italian Aperitif. Let’s start the evening our signature cocktails and complimentary collection of Italian delicacies such as marinated olives, caprese, Crudo di Tonno… Aperitivo Thursday awaits for you from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm every Thursday. PARK LOUNGE WELCOMES BACK RIÉ FURUSE
Following the successful performance early this year, Park Hyatt Saigon is delighted to announce that singer Rié Furuse will be performing at Park Lounge from 15 October 2017 until 15 March 2018.
Rié Furuse began her music lessons at the age of three. Heavily involved in music from a young age, she discovered jazz while studying French literature in Japan. She was immediately attracted to the style and rhythm of jazz and decided to sing after school in several jazz clubs in and around Tokyo. Since 2009, Rié has been living in Paris where jazz has been prominent since the 1920s. Having had the opportunity to live in Paris and perform in multiple venues around Europe, Rié has been able to fully enrich her jazz talents and perfect her unique singing style. She regularly performs in Paris at the legendary Sunset Sunside jazz club, and she frequently travels to London to perform at Ronny Scott's, a renowned jazz venue located in the heart of the city.
Rié’s prominence in the jazz scene extends beyond Europe, taking her to numerous international locations, including Japan, Seoul and Singapore. During her time at Park Hyatt Saigon in 2010, she received an award at the 48-Hour Film Project Awards in Ho Chi Minh City for her song “The One”, which was featured in the soundtrack of the movie “Postcards from Heaven”.
Rié will perform from 8 pm to 11:45 pm from Friday to Wednesday every week at Park Lounge. Please join us to discover her sophisticated, distinctive and dynamic style as she showcases a variety of songs, from jazz to European pop.
EXQUISITE BUSINESS LUNCH SET REVAMPED EVERY WEEK
Time is so precious at noon but you deserve the best lunch. Bring your friends and business partners to Opera restaurant as the menu for Pranzo Di Lavoro, also known as Business Set Lunch, will be refreshed every week to enhance your dining experience. Together with the exquisite dishes that are inspired from the heart of Italian cuisine, the meal is accompanied by your choice of coffee and tea.
The lunch combo is at VND 420,000++ for two courses or VND 460,000++ for three courses with a selection of starters, main courses and dessert of the day. The business lunch set is served from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday every week at Opera restaurant.
