Thai culinary showcase at Café Central An Dong Buffet
Windsor Plaza Hotel is organizing an event “Aroy Thai” featuring authentic cuisine and culture from Thailand. Café Central An Dong is proud to host this event which features buffet arrangements of true Thai flavors with cooking performances from two Thai Chefs.
Thai cuisine is the harmony of four spices: sour, spicy, sweet and salty with influences from surrounding countries including India, China, and Malaysia. During the week of Thai culture, enjoy specialties including prawn salad with sweet chili paste and lemongrass, red curry with roasted duck and fruits, spicy seafood and hot basil soup, and much more prepared by famous Thai Chefs Kaewplang Booncherd and Nusart Rattapon.
The restaurant will also continue to present international and regional favorites on the dinner buffet starting from 558.000++/person Monday – Friday and 628.000++/person on weekends.
