As known, you have affirmed your mastery of mixology around the globe, with cocktails are a symphony of flavours, meticulously crafted with a touch of local flair. Can you share more information about this?

According to me, Cocktail is an art form, fueled by inspiration and experimentation. Asia, and particularly Vietnam, offers an abundance source of spices and ingredients that continually inspire my creations. Ginger, lemongrass, and spicy spices are the highlight, evoking the warmth and prosperity of the East.

Can you tell us what the general characteristics of Andrei cocktail are?

The characteristics of Andrei's drinks are craftsmanship, uniqueness, and the seduction of simplicity. Each concoction is a journey of multilayer flavours from basic ingredients such as spirits, spritz, and sugar, combined with homemade essence and expert mixology techniques. Every sip unveils a new dimension, tantalizing the palate and evoking a kaleidoscope of emotions.

To me, cocktails are for everyone. Their allure depends on the personal experience of discovery and interpretation. Therefore, when researching for The Long Lounge’s cocktail menu, I focused on customers’ satisfaction with a little surprise, rather than simply catering to common tastes.

What do you expect about bringing new Cocktail enjoyment experiences to customers?

I am delighted to take on the position of Beverage Manager at The Reverie Saigon Hotel. I am also very excited about the opening of The Long Lounge because this is my first project at The Reverie Saigon.

With multinational working experience in Europe, America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, I hope to contribute to bringing diners a new breeze in enjoying cocktails with cultural soul. indigenous culture in Ho Chi Minh City - one of the busiest and most vibrant cities in Vietnam.
