The Brand Review Award (B.R.A) has just officially launched its first season on October 28, 2023 with a very impressive vision: "Become Heritage Bank, where elite global brand stories converge".

To learn more about this award, Saigon New Day had a conversation with Master Nguyen Chau Linh - Vice President of Asia Dragon Capital, Co-Founder and General Director of Diamond Journey Group, initiator of B.R.A.

Brand Review Award with the mission of Connecting Elites is a prestigious award held annually; is a place to honor the global brand story of National Brand -Family Brand – Enterprise Brand - Personal Brand, through creative, unique, quality, trendy Review publications in the form of magazines, picture books, videos... by young and talented people around the world from 15 to 25 years old.

This is truly a playground for young people to clearly see their own abilities and dreams; step by step build a plan to bring personal brand, business, and family brand confidently to the world. With that strong national spirit, Vietnam's young generation of "national entrepreneurs" have no difficulty asserting their position with international friends.

IT IS KNOWN THAT THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL AWARD BUT COMPLETELY "MADE IN VIETNAM"?

Yes. B.R.A is a Vietnamese award initiated by DJC Diamond Journey Group with a group of talented experts researching the model since 2020. DJC is an enterprise operating in the field of education and communication led by Dr. Do Vu Phuong Anh (Vice President, General Director of DOJI Jewelry Group) and I are co-founders.

Accompanying the award organization are Van Lang University, Institute of Family History, PathCan, NetVietTV...under the direction of the Vietnam Advertising Association and media sponsorship by Saigon Businessman Magazine. In addition, B.R.A also receives support from departments, ambassadors, media agencies, organizations, businesses and schools; with special support from Vietnam's leading advisors and experts in various fields.

CURRENTLY, IN VIETNAM THERE ARE TOO MANY AWARDS FOR COMPOSITION, DESIGN...ORGANIZED BY VIETNAMESE PEOPLE OR BUYING BRAND FRANCHISES FROM ABROAD, SO WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT B.R.A, MADAM?

Like other awards, B.R.A also develops competition rules for contestants, has an Advisory Board, Jury Board and Mentors who are dedicated, serious and ready to support contestants with useful advice. Providing professional knowledge and connecting brands so candidates can have more valuable sources of information. However, B.R.A's outstanding point is its unique approach and systematic investment in inheritance to honor brand value, cultural value and global talent.

The first difference is in language. B.R.A was initiated by Vietnamese people with the wish to bring Vietnamese culture and Vietnamese brands closer to friends around the world and also hope to receive elite knowledge from friends from all over the world, so the organizers decided that the exam will have the two main languages are Vietnamese and English, and students from other countries are encouraged to submit versions of their original language so that the rest of the world can see the beauty of other countries' languages.

Another challenge for the contestants is an inspirational five-minute presentation in English about their entries during the final Gala (taking place on March 11, 2024). The award is global in scope, so finding a common language to communicate is necessary. Therefore, the Organizing Committee encourages contestants to compete in teams to fully utilize the talents of members and support each other through the competition rounds.

The second difference is that the DJC Web / App digital platform is dedicated to awards and is positioned as an "elite miniature Google" or Heritage Bank – where the brand story converges. Global elite caters to all audiences. This is a "3in1" platform with three functions: (1) providing reference materials for contestants, (2) posting contest entries, and (3) communicating contestants' personal brands as well as the brand for the organization position. The platform is continuously researched and developed to bring practical value to the global community.
